Summary: Initially, I hesitated because of the negative reviews, but I decided to give it a try. The room (702) and the hotel, in general, were very clean. The staff were friendly. Everything in the room worked properly, including the safe box, fridge, television, and more. Transportation is very convenient as the hotel is located on the E-5 main road, and the metrobus station is almost directly in front of the hotel. The neighborhood around the hotel is also safe. The only drawback I noticed was that it was a bit noisy due to the heavy traffic in front of the hotel. However, closing the window and using the AC if necessary worked perfectly. In terms of pricing, it's a good value for the money. Overall, it's a great hotel. I would definitely stay there again if needed, and I recommend it to anyone.

Summary: I would say that my stay was a bad experience. The staff didnt speak english at all except some of themwhere i could communicate with super basic english. Bcause of this i asked the hotel staff for a replacement fridge (it wasnt working at all) and they understood it 4 days later after alot of asking everyday so we basically had no cold water to drink. On top of that the ac wasnt working and the room was somehow hotter than the outside by alot. I woke up 3-4 times per night because of dehydration. It was literally a living hell
